Being an out-of-town bride, I knew that I was going to need someone who could just take my idea for our wedding invitations and run with it. We were under a time crunch to get the invites sent out and Brooke completely understood our concerns. My mom met with Brooke briefly (with a list of my questions and ideas) and a few days later we received a proof! We went back and forth a few times with minor changes via email and Brooke just wanted to make sure I was happy. Our invitations were sent out on Saturday and I've already received calls, texts and emails saying how amazing they are with comments like "they were the best invitations they've ever received!". We have used RB's Printing since 2002 and have always been very pleased with the work they do for us. Being a local business ourselves, it is important to us to shop locally and still get a good value.
We have RB's do our "regular" business things like letterhead, envelopes and business cards of course, and they do an excellent job on these. What is more fun is when they help us design our ads, our promotional flyers or stuffers that we use in our local newspaper or for local events. They always get them designed, printed and ready to go on time - and all at a very affordable cost.
Brooke does an excellent job with the information gathering, set up, approval and printing of all sorts of things I send her way. She is very thorough and never runs anything without my final approval, even when it's MY fault on the communication! She makes sure it is what I want, not what she wants me to want!!
Lynette in the office is also a pleasure to work with. Being an owner, I expect her to do a great job, and she never disappoints! Ron and Chris in the print area are hard-working and I know they care about the product they are "putting out the door" as is evident in the end result that is delivered to our doorstep — always on time and always looking great.
We will continue to use RB's Printing for many years to come!
